Handheld DC Resistance Tester

Transformer DC resistance is a mandatory test item in transformer manufacturing, including semi-finished and finished product factory tests, installation, overhaul, tap changer modifications, commissioning tests, and preventative tests by the power sector. It can check the welding quality of winding joints and the presence of inter-turn short circuits, verify the contact quality of each position of the voltage tap changer, confirm the correspondence between the actual and indicated tap changer positions, check for broken leads, and inspect multi-strand wires for broken strands. To meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed the SMRR10CS handheld DC resistance tester. This instrument adopts new power supply technology and features small size, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive protection functions. The entire unit is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with a high degree of automation and automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions.
