Most pump failures don't happen suddenly. Long before burnout, short circuits, or leakage faults occur, subtle changes in power quality data already signal equipment aging and insulation degradation. The first step is to record and analyze stable insulation resistance data, the core indicator of pump electrical safety. Users only need to test the insulation resistance between the winding and the casing with a standard megohmmeter after power off and full discharge. Stable resistance values represent healthy insulation status.
