The SMR-K9000 series intelligent switchgear operation and display device is a new type of modular, intelligent operation, measurement, display, and control device designed and developed based on the current technological development of high-voltage system switchgear. The product centrally indicates the simulated status of the primary circuit, the position of the handcart, the position of the isolating switch, the position of the grounding switch, the switch status, and the energy storage status of the operating mechanism. It features high-voltage live indication, live interlock output, automatic heating and dehumidification, real-time digital display of temperature and humidity values, heater fault monitoring, over-temperature alarm and forced heating stop, intelligent voice anti-misoperation prompts, RS485 communication interface, and many other functions. It simplifies the switchgear panel design, improves the layout, and enhances the switch status indication function and safety performance. Currently, this series of products is widely used in many industries such as power, chemical, railway, mining, metallurgy, and cement.

The casing of the SMR-K9000 series intelligent switchgear operation and display device is made of special materials with strong anti-interference capabilities, anti-static properties, and flame retardant functions. Furthermore, all chips within the device use a standard I2C bus structure. Thanks to the adoption of a high-performance industrial microprocessor, combined with modern sensing and measurement technologies, the system's testing accuracy for various online measurement parameters, data transmission speed, and overall anti-interference capability are significantly improved compared to ordinary switch status displays. The device's simple structure greatly facilitates user installation, wiring, and debugging.
