Switch Status Simulation Display Instrument

The SMR-K600 series switch status simulation display is a new type of multi-functional, intelligent, and dynamic analog indicator device developed based on current medium-voltage system switchgear technology. It integrates multiple functions, including primary circuit simulation diagram, switch status, circuit breaker position, grounding switch position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live interlocking, automatic (manual) heating and dehumidification control, and heater disconnection indication. These indication functions can be combined or separated, allowing users to select according to their needs. This product is integrated into the switchgear, simplifying the switchgear panel structure design, improving the panel layout, and enhancing the switch status indication function and safety performance.

The SMR-K600 series switch status simulation display can replace existing primary circuit simulation indicators, electromagnetic switch status indicators, live (interlocking) indicators, grounding indicators, automatic heating and dehumidification systems, temperature and humidity controllers, load fault monitors, and other control and indication devices.

The SMR-K600 series products feature an ultra-thin structure and pluggable terminals for side wiring, ensuring that the circuit breaker inside the middle door will not be touched. After installation in the middle door, an explosion-proof cover is installed on the rear panel, and the cables are sealed to ensure the five protection requirements. This installation method is suitable for switch cabinets with various configurations.

Circuit Breaker Status: Closed (red light), Open (green light)

Handcart Position: Working Position (red light), Test Position (green light), Removed Position (off light or specific indicator)

Grounding Switch Status: Closed (red light), Open (green light)

Spring Energy Storage Status: Energy Stored (red light), Energy Not Stored (green light)

High Voltage Live Indicator: (Usually a red LED) Flashing or solid light indicates high voltage is live.

Temperature and Humidity Display: Digital display of current temperature and humidity values.

Intelligent models may also include: Remote/local, open/close circuit disconnection alarms, etc.
